Mike and Katie provided excellent service to us and were always pleasant to deal with. They do seem to love their jobs and this translate to their interpersonal interactions with us. Hope their management will take notice of this and if everybody at Public Storage can replicate their excellent service and pleasant attitude, this company will be a leader of this industry.

Great facility.. clean, easy access from Rt. 10, and climate controlled and secure.. recently downsized my unit with the assistance of Mike in the office.. he was so super helpful and friendly with this transition it was a breeze.. i have used this locations for a few years now.. never had any issues. Happy to have found them.
Pretty impressed with customer service at this location... Came in rushing for some quick moving supplies and was helped by Mike who took his time answering my questions. Much appreciated and happy to go back for anything I might need while I move.
I typically hate how most storage places feel, but this one makes you feel safe and its clean. Plus, the property manager Mike is very helpful, patient, and nice. Feel very comfortable leaving my valuables there.
